  • We also resume mine. A process where the recruiter reaches out to potential candidates that have posted resumes online and invite them to attend the event.
  • Potential candidates register for an interview with a day and time.
  • Your StaffYourDealer recruiter calls, emails and texts each registered candidate assuring a better show ratio.
  • Each registered candidate profile along with their resumes are forwarded to your dealership’s appointed contacts for view only so you can see the progress of the recruiting event.
